Join a high-impact team at the forefront of industrial and healthcare innovation—where your work directly multiplies value capture for ADI, as envisioned by the ADI 3.0 strategy. As a Field System Platform Application Engineer within ADI’s CSG-INH Vertical Sales organization, you’ll take on a strategic, customer-facing role focused on scaling platform and solution adoption across key accounts, their ecosystems, and emerging disruptors.
Lead and Execute Strategic Platform Engagements
Partner with the account managers, the ecosystem team, the FAEs, and the VBUs, to drive adoption of ADI platforms. Lead technical engagements with focused customers, their ecosystem partners, and emerging disruptors - from early concept through successful implementation in end systems
Enable Co-Creation with Customers and Ecosystem Partners
Orchestrate joint development activities with customers, BUs, and external partners to co-create differentiated module, subsystem and system-level solutions built on ADI platforms. Ensure alignment with VBUs and Account Managers on strategy and execution. Shape definition and development based on customer use cases that accelerate time-to-revenue and reinforce platform stickiness.
Support the FAE Community with Platform Expertise
Act as the go-to technical expert for platform enablement within the Field organization. Provide architectural guidance, integration support, and deployment best practices to regional FAEs across verticals, and support broad market FAEs with platform or derivative applications.
Drive Design-In and Evaluation Success
Guide customers through the platform evaluation process, including benchmarking, proof-of-concept development, and finally system integration to ensure successful design-ins and rapid deployment.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Ecosystem, and BU teams to convert platform engagements into pipeline growth, accelerate deal closures, and deliver on revenue targets tied to strategic platform initiatives.
Scale Platform Adoption Across Accounts and Verticals
Identify opportunities to replicate successful platform engagements across accounts, applications, adjacent verticals, and the broad market. Contribute to internal sales enablement content, engagement playbooks, and case studies.
Influence Internal and External Stakeholders and Ecosystems
Engage with ecosystem stakeholders, including software vendors, module partners, startups, universities, and systems integrators, to align roadmaps, unlock joint opportunities, and expand platform reach.
Provide Strategic Feedback to Business Units
Channel insights from customer interactions, ecosystem trends, and field challenges back to the BU for platform improvement, roadmap alignment, and future product planning.
