The Wasatch Group is looking for a skilled database administrator who will be focused specifically on working with the Yardi Property Management software.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Yardi Voyager 7s & Voyager 8 database support

• Maintaining users and database permissions

• Workflows and Task Schedulers

• Customizing financial and management reports

• Support Accounting and property managers on a daily basis with errors

• Updating modules and database releases

• Supporting Excel and Sequel functions

• Automating Report functions

• Constantly improving efficiencies with updated Yardi features.

• Additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Must have part-time availability; 20 to 25 hours per week

• Must have a degree in Information Technology, or be working towards completion of a degree in that specialized area

• Microsoft Excel experience is required

• Must have knowledge and experience in Sequel and DB

• A prior knowledge of the Yardi Voyager Software is preferred
