As an FP&A Analyst, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for performance analysis within our post-sales operations. In this role, you will have the autonomy to manage planning workflows and guarantee the accuracy of billing and cost data, providing the financial clarity needed to solve for a safer world. You will focus on elevating the quality of projections for revenue, gross margin, and backlog, acting as a consultative partner to diagnose variations and propose actionable improvements. This is an opportunity to transform complex data into clear insights that empower our operations and sales teams to make informed, decisive moves.
Technical Expertise
Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to build advanced financial models and manipulate large datasets
Business Intelligence Tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud) to automate reporting and enhance data visibility
ERP Systems to manage financial transactions and ensure the integrity of the post-sales cycle
Advanced English Proficiency to collaborate effectively within our global corporate environment
Professional Experience
4+ years of experience in Finance, Controllership, or FP&A to analyze margins and manage contract performance
Variance Analysis (BvA) to investigate root causes of budget deviations and communicate financial impacts
Revenue Recognition knowledge to ensure compliance and the financial integrity of the order backlog
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field to provide a strong analytical foundation
Process Optimization to identify and implement automation in financial flows
Collaboration & Impact
Business Partnering to provide analytical support to Sales and Operations teams for high-stakes decision-making
Analytical Rigor to ensure precise alignment with accounting teams and support audit requirements
Consultative Communication to translate technical data into actionable information for business stakeholders
Organizational Autonomy to manage priorities independently and drive continuous improvement within the department
