Who you are:

As a Paid Media Strategist, you are our Frost champion, developing and executing a paid media strategy to highlight the key assets of our company. You’ll play an important role as a liaison between line of business leaders and our external partnerships to ensure campaigns align with Frost core values and business objectives. You’ll use your strong communication skills and creative mindset to collaborate, support, and drive progress. You welcome a challenge and will strive to contentiously grow brand awareness with integrity, caring and excellence in mind. 

What you’ll do:

• Manage the development and execution of a paid media strategy across multiple lines of business, establishing budget frameworks and optimizing allocations

• Oversee the development of paid media plans in partnership with line of business leaders to ensure campaigns align with Frost’s business objectives
• Serve as a primary point of contact for PMG, helping track deliverables and maintain accountability across media and creative workflows
• Collaborate with LOB leaders, Creative, and Digital Marketing teams to gather campaign inputs and ensure strategies are communicated clearly to the Integrated Agency Team (PMG, McGarrah Jessee, and FleishmanHillard)
• Partner with team leads and the creative director to help facilitate collaboration and ensure alignment between PMG and creative agency McGarrah Jessee
• Help translate campaign strategies into cross-channel execution by coordinating closely with Digital Marketing Strategists, Creative, and Analytics teams
• Work with PMG, the marketing data analyst, and LOB teams to develop performance reports, monitor audience behavior, and assist in identifying optimization opportunities
• Support the Automation Specialist by coordinating workflow needs and ensuring automation tasks align with media timelines and campaign goals

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or marketing operations
• Familiarity with managing multi-channel paid media campaigns and/or supporting agency partnerships
• Working knowledge of marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., BlueConic, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to organize information and support the development of clear, actionable plans
