 This QA position is responsible for independently conducting test processes for testing projects. In addition, this position ensures that the documentation of test results is complete and accurate. At this level, an associate acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. Additionally, associates at this level fully understand all concepts and applications of quality assurance testing and performs all of the regular functions commonly required in quality assurance testing. Testing expertise is acknowledged by their peers and application and/or domain knowledge is deemed outstanding by business and technical customers.

The QA Team works with both the business team and technology teams to ensure a great customer experience. How You’ll Contribute: 

• Involving in all the agile ceremonies to collaborate with the team to understand features and to work on the assigned user stories
• Creation and Execution of Manual Test scenarios to cover all the possible combinations of UI and Backend of the application
• Preparing Test Data based on the demand of scenarios require to fully validate the functionality
• Understanding existing automation framework, Modifying or adding test scripts based on the identified regression cases
• Performing exploratory testing
• Implement necessary test processes on projects, write test plans, procedures, and scripts, and analyze test results.
• Work closely with the team to ensure issues/defects are dealt with in a timely manner.
• Work within an agile team and collaborate with the team to ensure quality software.
• Perform web service testing utilizing manual and automated methods.
• Create scripts to compare and validate data results from testing.
• Work with the team to understand how changes in the software product affect maintenance of automated tests.
• Maintain well organized records of test results and generate reports from the automated test runs.
• Knowledge of automation frameworks (Selenium)

What You’ll Bring:

• 1+ years of experience Manual and Automation Testing with experience in one or more of the following technologies: Ab Initio, Unix, Java, Python, GIT, AWS
• Experience implementing Selenium test automation. 
• Experience using Cucumber, BDD is preferred.
• 1+ years of experience working as part of an agile team
• Collaboration skills to gather input and then experiment with available solutions to validate assumptions and feasibility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information within a public setting.
• A team oriented mindset with a can do attitude.
• Ability to work with minimal direction.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Understanding of quality testing techniques.
• Strong use test management systems.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.
• Able to perform test execution on all types of tests; analyzes defects and failed test cases and able to determine root cause and manage the defects to closure
• Demonstrated success in delivering on-time with quality.

Strong knowledge of technology and product trends, especially what is happening in open source, DevOps, and AWS.
