Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will drive operational excellence and continuous improvement within the Business Unit by managing Daily Management Systems, strengthening equipment reliability, leading capital initiatives, and fostering digital transformation on site. You will collaborate across operations, maintenance, engineering, finance, and supply chain teams to analyze performance, implement standardized work, build technical capabilities across employees, and lead structured problem‑solving efforts to elevate results.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

  • Own Daily Management Systems for the Business Unit, including creation and implementation of standards.
  • Use technical knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic systems to improve equipment reliability.
  • Grow employee capabilities in systems, standards, and technical concepts.
  • Advance technological transformation by improving and championing digital tools.
  • Analyze data across Key Performance Indicators to identify and prioritize improvement initiatives.
  • Lead small groups through structured problem‑solving methodologies.
  • Manage small projects independently using tools within the Conagra Performance System.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and other partners.
  • Lead capital project initiatives for the Business Unit.
  • Provide direct oversight, support consistent application of policies and procedures, and ensure fair, consistent discipline administration across respective teams.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (In lieu of degree, will consider 5+ years of experience in reliability engineering, continuous improvement, total performance management, Six Sigma, or related field)
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications including PowerBI, PowerApps, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing systems and equipment.
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational strengths, and effective communication skills.

Compensation 

Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
