Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Basic English language communications required. 

  • Excellent customer service skills. 

  • Requires full availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Ability to lift and carry food service trays weighting 35+ pounds.

  • Performs all duties associated with the set-up, delivery, and service of Room Service orders in accordance with Loews Hotels standards. 

  • Delivers and sets up amenity presentations and provides service for functions in Hospitality Suites. 

  • Checks all Room Service Orders for accuracy and completeness prior to departing kitchen. 

  • Obtains proper charge authorization or payment for orders delivered. 

  • Picks up soiled Room Service trays and carts from guestrooms and corridors as needed. 

  • Other duties as assigned.
