Accenture is looking for a seasoned technical service delivery manager with over 15 years experience in cyber security and related fields. The role requires a person with leadership qualities, operating at CxO levels, and can converse confidently between security technical conversations and business.

Tasks

• Apply standards to identify safety risk and protect cyber-physical functions
• Determine the operational and safety impacts of cybersecurity lapses for Accenture customers
• Review enterprise information technology (IT) goals and objectives
• Implement and review intelligence collection requirements
• Develop strategic plans
• Maintain strategic plans
• Develop risk, compliance, and assurance measurement and monitoring strategies
• Manage Accenture customer’s cybersecurity budget, staffing, and contracting
• Identify opportunities for new and improved business process solutions
• Advise stakeholders on the development of continuity of operations plans
• Conduct technology program and project audits
• Oversee independent cybersecurity audits
• Determine if technology services are delivered successfully
• Gather customer satisfaction and service performance feedback
• Define operating level agreements (OLAs) in collaboration with customers
• Determine supply chain cybersecurity requirements
• Determine if cybersecurity requirements included in contracts are delivered
• Advise stakeholders on enterprise cybersecurity risk management

Knowledge

• Industry experience such as Manufacturing, Mining and Telecommunications will be advantageous.
