What you'll be doing
The Transaction Banking team delivers strategic, innovative payment solutions and platforms to CIBC’s business clients in Small Business (Business Banking), Private Banking, Commercial, and Large Corporate segments. Our team is committed to providing products, strategies, and implementation services that foster positive, profitable relationships and support our clients’ evolving needs.
Reporting to the Director of Digital Solutions, you will lead the strategy, execution, performance and day to operations of our client facing business payment platforms including Cash Management Online (“CMO”). This payment platform is used to deliver access to critical payment products and reporting to our clients including Wires, ACH, EFT, Bill Payments, e-Transfers, Information Reporting and Credit Card reporting. You will play a pivotal role in a dynamic team dedicated to continuously raising the bar for digital cash management platforms, ensuring they not only meet but exceed the evolving needs of our business clients and align with CIBC’s strategic vision.
