Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing guidance to team members, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Compensation. - Strong understanding of compensation structures and methodologies. - Experience with data analysis and reporting tools related to compensation. - Ability to configure and customize Workday compensation modules. - Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in compensation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Advanced Compensation. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - 15 years full time education Experience is mandatory in the primary skill of the RRD.
