What We'll Bring:

TransUnion is looking for an exceptional Level 2 Consultant to join our fast growing Information Technology Team. This role is responsible for providing advanced technical assistance to customers and resolving complex issues related to our products and services. We are a dynamic, talented, and passionate team looking for highly talented individuals.

What You'll Bring:

·       Provide Level 2 Support to customers experiencing technical issues with our products and services

·       Resolves escalated support tickets from Level 1 support team, ensuring timely and effective solutions

·       Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions

·       Collaborate with Development teams and Product Development to identify and resolve product defects

·       Document and track customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system

·       Communicate complex technology issues into clear, understandable terms for non-technical customers.

·       Responsible for conducting daily meetings to provide clear and concise status updates for Level 2 tickets

·       Stay updated with product developments, industry trends, and emerging technologies

Impact You'll Make:

  • 5+ Years Customer Service (Dealing with Technical Related Issues)
  • Excellent Communication and Listening Skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and actively understand and respond to other’s needs
  • Experience in handling complex technical products, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and user support
  • Capability to think and act quickly to support and address issues in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient problem resolution
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and a customer-centric mindset are essential
  • Experience in Data Analysis, including the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and generate actionable insights
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and methodologies, staying current with industry advancements and applying them effectively
  • Interactions and Experience with the following programs or similar:
    • Confluence
    • Remedy
    • Jira
    • Tableau

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
