This role is responsible for providing advanced technical assistance to customers and resolving complex issues related to our products and services. We are a dynamic, talented, and passionate team looking for highly talented individuals.What You'll Bring:
· Provide Level 2 Support to customers experiencing technical issues with our products and services
· Resolves escalated support tickets from Level 1 support team, ensuring timely and effective solutions
· Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions
· Collaborate with Development teams and Product Development to identify and resolve product defects
· Document and track customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system
· Communicate complex technology issues into clear, understandable terms for non-technical customers.
· Responsible for conducting daily meetings to provide clear and concise status updates for Level 2 tickets
· Stay updated with product developments, industry trends, and emerging technologies
