The Customer Care Service Rep will be a part of the Customer Care department team. This position requires the ability to lift, push, pull 50+lbs on a continuous basis, occasionally use ladders and the ability to stand and bend over throughout the day. This role will be expected to provide reliable and trustworthy service and customer support during customer home visits for warranty, courtesy or service repairs. This position also requires diagnosing error or technical problems and determining proper solutions. Experience with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic tools is desired. Candidates must possess a clean motor vehicle record.
This role requires an eye for detail to make the house beautiful for our customers.
This role pays $37.00 per hour.
