Job Description:

Physician – Join the Clinix Center for Health team!

The Practice: Independent and long-standing  multi-discipline practice of 2 physicians, five advanced practice providers, three chiropractors and a licensed clinical social worker, seeks a physician to join an established primary care clinic. Located in South Denver, we have been serving the Lone Tree, DTC and Highlands Ranch communities for over 30 years.

Our practice is a member of the independent practice association (IPA), PHPprime. PHPprime provides wrap-around services to help make our practice successful, including care coordination, practice transformation coaching, risk adjustment coding education, population health management, data and analytics, specialist network management, and large group contracting.  With no contractual obligations to any one hospital system, we enjoy the freedom to deliver exceptional healthcare while staying true to our core values of partnering with patients to explore their personal path to health and vitality.

The Position:

  • 1.0FTE opportunity – 34 patient facing hours/week
  • 4 or 5 day work week
  • 1:8 call schedule; outpatient only
  • No inpatient or obstetrics – No hospital affiliations
  • On-site lab & x-ray
  • Care coordination with Behavioral Health and Chiropractic Professionals

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree from fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
  • Successful completion of residency program (IM, FM, geriatrics, etc.)
  • Board Certification or Eligibility in corresponding specialty
  • Physician must meet employer credentialing standards

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: $200-220k +
  • Bonus potential (ie productivity, quality, discretionary, etc)

Salary Range:

up to $250,000
