CACI is searching for an accomplished Field Service Offering Specialist to join our Department of the Air Force (DAF) Enterprise IT as a Service (EITaaS) team.  A successful candidate will work with DAF leadership throughout the development process to inform and educate DAF leadership on the available EITaaS Wave 1 offerings and options, and will work with individual Major Commands (MAJCOMs) and bases to conduct discovery sessions and develop a tailored field service package to meet their requirements.  If you have a diverse technical background, recently worked as a field services lead on large DoD or Federal Civilian business captures, are detail oriented, and passionate about delivery excellence, and enjoy working in a highly collaborative team-based environment, then we want to hear from you! Well qualified candidates have leadership and/or technical sales experience, or experience leading field service organizations, experience meeting and working with direct and potential customers, and possess excellent written and verbal communications skills.


What You’ll Get to Do:

As a Field Service Offering Specialist, you will support CACI’s largest and most strategic program. You will work with DAF leadership throughout to inform personnel about EITaaS field service offerings, educate DAF leadership on the available offerings and options, and will work with individual MAJCOMs and bases to conduct discovery sessions and develop a tailored field service package using enterprise offerings.

More About the Role:

  • You will respond to customer inquiries regarding EITaaS field service offerings, including optional services and service levels.
  • You will be responsible for working with customers to collect and refine requirements, schedules, deliverables, and expectations related to field service offerings.
  • You will facilitate discovery sessions to identify detailed and/or unique field service requirements, such as locations, duty hours, quality/performance requirements, and scope.
  • You will use existing tools and information to develop initial offerings and rough order of magnitude (ROM) cost estimates based on customer requirements.
  • You will collaborate effectively across the delivery organization in order to provide customers with accurate and detailed information, as well as timely and accurate ROMs/quotes and offers.



You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:

  • Mid-level technical and project management experience in C4 environments.
  • Experience conducting IT support operations and conducting requirements analysis for substantial DAF C4 operations, including the related technical staffing of various job categories and skills.
  • Experience as a mid-level customer contact for program activities, leading discovery and requirements gathering sessions and providing periodic customer briefings on end-user environment operational performance and special project statuses.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience in presenting material to mid-level DoD officials.
  • Proven skills in C4 operations, project management and manpower utilization.

Qualifications:

  • An active DoD Secret clearance
  • 10+ years’ experience or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited university with over 5 years of relevant experience or a Master’s Degree with over 3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in developing operational support strategies.



These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • PMP certification
  • The ability to identify site requirements and obtain solutions, including allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
  • The ability to collaborate with other Operations, Engineering and Training teams to ensure designs and new technology deployments include appropriate operations, maintenance and training support mechanisms to deliver a high degree of efficiency and optimal customer experience support for DAF requirements.

Leadership experience within a DAF Communications Squadron or experience supporting the DAF’s worldwide IT infrastructure

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$62,200-$130,600
