Project Role : Technology Delivery Lead
Project Role Description : Manages the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. Drives profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery. Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.

Summary: As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will manage the delivery of large and complex technology projects. Your typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that project scope and risks are effectively managed. You will drive profitability by overseeing service quality and cost, while also proactively supporting sales through innovative solutions and excellence in delivery. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, while also fostering a collaborative environment among team members and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives. - Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge in technology delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter C2M SPL. - As a Customer Delivery Lead role, resource should have vast exp in CCS or C2M End to end implementations, leading the overall deliveries for C2M or CCS products, having knowledge of both Oracle CC&B and Oracle MDM, both, along with SOM module, Asset management as well. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies. - Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter C2M SPL. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
