Cadence seeks a seasoned delivery leader to work alongside a dynamic team to deliver solutions for complex business problems. This person provides strategic direction, leadership, and oversight to Cadence Salesforce practice. This role involves managing a portfolio of programs and projects to ensure successful delivery within budget, alignment with organizational goals, and efficient utilization of resources.

 

  

Qualifications:

·       15+ years of demonstrated success in leading teams delivering end-to-end solutions.

·       5+ years experience delivering large scale Salesforce Programs.

·       Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, business models, licenses, and trends.

·       Strong understanding of the complete end-end delivery life cycle, from vision/strategy, and user experience design through development and release.

·       Demonstrated experience with the design of improved experience processes, implementing improved processes, and measuring outcomes.

·       Superb customer service presence and role model with a solid ability to understand functions across various business groups and utilize judgment to take actions proactively.

·       Ability to take initiative, problem-solve with limited direction, and navigate ambiguity to resolve issues.

·       Proven experience in driving operational efficiency for delivery processes and production support.

·       Knowledge and demonstrated ability in change management.

·       Experience presenting to and engaging with a variety of audiences, from engineers through senior leaders and C-suite executives.

 

Responsibilities:

 

·       Manage the development of Salesforce cross-functional initiatives and production support.

·       Oversee gaps between teams, processes, and systems, helping teams reduce exposure to failure, and proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks.

·       Establish and maintain performance metrics to evaluate project and program success, targeting continuous improvement.

·       Allocate and optimize resources across programs and projects, monitor resource utilization, and adjust as needed.

·       Development of the overall process improvement strategy, tactically driving teams in and outside the organization to collaborate and deliver.

·       Communicate project status, risks, and issues to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

·       Prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership, highlighting key performance indicators.

·       Develop and maintain effective working relationships with external and internal stakeholders and effectively manage conflicts.

·       Identify and assess risks and issues, own risk mitigation and issue resolution strategies.

·       Create, communicate, and manage budget and costs.

·       Champion of high standards, embraces changes, and challenges the status quo.
