Job Summary:

Identify, coach, mentor, and develop parallel co-ops in the engineering talent pipeline as a parallel co-op manager.

What You Will Do:

• Coach & mentor students in the parallel co-op program.

• Evaluate the performance of parallel co-op students.

• Develop relationships with managers in various product groups to develop students for future full-time roles.

• Participate in campus recruiting, taking the lead for some events.

• Managing staffing, development, and performance management programs for engineering teams; motivating and developing project and team leaders.
• Providing specialized engineering technical support and consulting services to various areas of the organization.
• Managing high-impact, short and long duration initiatives and projects; ensuring achievement of plan and quality.

• Other duties as required assisting parallel co-op program manager.

Education Requirement:

BS in Engineering required
