Mission: responsible for engineering activities in the operation and maintenance of wind farms in Italy in accordance with the strategic, operational, and action plan under the functional guidelines of the matrix and hierarchical guidelines of the Director of production of the Country to obtain the optimal performance of the KPi of wind farms in operation, the respect of the procedures and objectives set.

Functions:

• Coordinate the activities of technical know-how by supporting plants/parks, according to needs and priorities, involving transversal departments in Italy and the Matrix: Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, ...
• Track new and ongoing relevant technical incidents until your solution.
• Support both PV and Eolica technologies. Support is given to Wind and PV maintenance engineering of the Matrix and RoW technology managers to push the resolution of relevant and urgent issues.
• Preliminary analysis of technical problems and coordination with technology managers.
• Support park supervisors in internal processes and solving logistics topics, PAM, and supply chain,...
• Coordinate the verification and quantification of the technical problems identified by the Matrix.
• Help define the maintenance plans of the countries.   
• Verify compatibility and ensure back-work application.
• Ensure that all activities comply with the criteria of prevention, quality, and respect for the environment. That in accordance with international, national, and AE standards.
• Promote respect for prevention provisions in parks.
• Coordinate with the Control Center (CEOCOER) for the operation of the facilities.
• Analyze with Optimization and Control the parks' performance and propose possible improvements, supporting their implementation per AE corporate procedures.
• Support the management of service and supply contracts (wind turbines, substation, shovel maintenance, civil works, SCADA, spare parts, prevention,...) necessary for the maintenance of wind farms and their infrastructures, in accordance with the obligations envisaged
• Report the relevant engineering and operational facts of the parks, following them up on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Degree/Training: Industrial Engineer

Additional Training: competencies in project management, planning, and teamwork.

Languages/Level: Italian and English

Years/Areas experience required: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
