Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for a new team player, who would like to join our team as:

Specialist Finance for ERP implementation in Accounts Receivable & Collection Team

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Participation and process knowledge sharing in workstream calls;

• Evaluate if as-is process fits in our standard JDE process, plan calls with BU representatives, lead conversations to identify GAPs;

• Provide input or participate in IT requirement definition for solutions to close the GAPs;

• Be able to describe standard JDE process and accounting flow;

• Train end users;

• Define test scenarios and coordinate testing with end users;

• Coordinate testing with end users;

• Collaborate with other process key users to cover E2E testing;

• Follow up on testing results, take conversations with IT to get any issues resolved and re-testing done;

• Provide input for go live sign off;

• Keep detailed project activities updated for respective areas, report risks and issues.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field;

• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures;

• Familiarity with financial accounting statements;

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;

• Fluent in English (both – oral and written) to communicate with colleagues in Europe; 

• Experience with ERP sytems;

• Experience with ERP implementation projects will be considered an advantage;

• Precise, analytical, organized, solution-oriented, and stress-resistant personality;

• Self-motivated, positive, good team player.
