Here is what you need to know about this role:

Job Title: Associate Manager - Operations (Full-time)

Location: Mumbai

Job description summary:

Support Insurance Business in achieving the Issuance and servicing objectives
Coordinate with Insurers and internal/external functions to ensure smooth functioning
Funnel monitoring, analysis & management reporting
Review existing journey and processes for enhancement
Develop new processes and draft SOPs
Monitor and enhance ISP dependent processes like physical medicals, pcvc, calling efforts & requirement reviews
Close coordination with product & tech for product onboarding Drive Issuance & Renewals
Identify and implement new interventions for improvement
Regular cadences with Insurers
Identify and drive Projects for process enhancement
Responsible to build communication and servicing touchpoints

What do you need to bring?
3-5 years of work experience in Insurance sector
Claims & Servicing experience
Relationship Management skills
Go getter & works independently
