Responsibilities: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud is required. Advanced proficiency in Design & Build Enablement is recommended. Innovate application solutions that align with business objectives and enhance user experience. Conduct thorough testing and validation of applications to ensure functionality and performance. Facilitate training sessions for team members to promote knowledge sharing and skill development. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve application development processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
