You’ll be the go-to expert for all things cybersecurity, leading efforts to develop, maintain, and enforce policies that protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data. Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and Guide: Lead and inspire the IT Security team, sharing your knowledge of best practices and industry standards.

  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Maintain expert-level knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and evolving threats—always be ready to learn and adapt!

  • Engage with the Cyber World: Partner with vendors and third-party experts to stay on top of the latest cyber threats and cutting-edge solutions.

  • Architect Secure Networks: Manage and secure network infrastructure, design perimeter defense strategies, and ensure reliable operations across all locations.

  • Manage and Respond to Incidents: Act swiftly and effectively to identify, manage, and respond to security incidents, ensuring minimal impact and swift recovery.

  • Solve Complex Challenges: Lead in the analysis, resolution, and communication of complex security issues, driving innovative solutions.

  • Be the Go-To Expert: Act as a subject matter expert for leadership, offering strategic input for critical IT security improvement initiatives.

What Makes This Role Unique?

In this role, you’ll have the chance to shape and secure Arbella's network landscape. You will manage network infrastructure, design perimeter defense strategies, and implement robust security measures to ensure secure and reliable operations across all locations. You’ll be at the center of our incident response efforts, managing and mitigating threats in real time while continuously improving our cybersecurity strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or network security roles.

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices.

  •  Deep knowledge of network and perimeter security technologies, including Palo Alto, Cisco Firepower, Meraki, Aruba, Clearpass, and more.

  •  Hands-on experience with technologies such as Microsoft E5 (Defender, Purview, Entra), CyberArk, Rapid7, and Darktrace.

  • Proven experience in incident management and response, ensuring swift and effective resolution.

  • Excellent communication skills and a knack for leading and mentoring others.

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and make impactful decisions.

  • Industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCNP, CCNA) are a plus.
