Innovative Respiratory Brand Lead
You will lead a respiratory brand in Türkiye, working with cross-functional teams to shape strategy and deliver meaningful impact for patients. You will translate customer insight into clear plans and run integrated campaigns that improve care. We value strategic thinking, strong collaboration, and practical execution. Responsibilities:
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following
- Develop and own the local brand strategy and annual brand plan aligned with regional and global priorities.
- Use customer and market insights to design integrated HCP and patient-facing campaigns across channels.
- Localize and flawlessly execute global integrated campaigns, adapting content to meet local needs and compliance.
- Work closely with medical, sales, market access, supply and external partners to ensure coordinated delivery.
- Monitor performance with clear KPIs, use analytics to guide decisions, and report progress to stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external experts and key accounts to gather insights and improve brand impact.
- Lead the cross-functional planning process to set priorities and allocate resources.
- Ensure all activities follow local laws, codes of promotion and company policies.
- Contribute local market insights into regional and global discussions to influence future strategy
- Plan and support local congresses and scientific events with non-promotional and educational objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience across channels and touchpoints.
- Coach and influence colleagues to deliver high-quality execution and collaboration.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, marketing, business or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical brand management, marketing, or commercial roles.
- Track record of delivering integrated marketing or omnichannel campaigns.
- Solid understanding of customer segmentation, customer journeys and HCP interactions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional settings.
- Fluent in Turkish and good working knowledge of English
Preferred Qualifications
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Experience in respiratory or other specialty therapeutic areas
- Experience working with global or regional brand teams.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven decision making.
- Experience managing external experts, key accounts or tender activities.
- Experience with digital platforms, patient support programs or call center initiatives.
- Previous experience navigating regulatory and promotional codes in Türkiye.
Working arrangement
- This role is based in Türkiye and is hybrid, with regular on-site presence required. Expect travel within Türkiye up to 40% of the time, including to major cities.
