Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to support and enhance business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into functional solutions. The workday often includes analyzing existing systems, developing new features, and ensuring that applications operate efficiently and effectively within the organizational environment. Continuous refinement and adaptation of applications to align with evolving business goals are also key aspects of daily responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Document application designs, configurations, and processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and best practices within the Salesforce Experience Cloud environment.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce Experience Cloud to align with business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application functionality and integration.
- Familiarity with user interface design and user experience considerations in application development.
- Capability to work with data models and security settings within Salesforce Experience Cloud.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
