Job Description

Responsibilities

  • “Technical Account Manager” for specified customers with responsibility for coordinating efforts across sales, engineering and product support
  • Provide technical support to Sales team by giving technical presentations, answering technical questions and coordinating customer demonstrations with the process lab.
  • Assist sales team, order entry team and production planning team in defining tool configurations and reviewing customer specifications
  • Work directly with customers post-sales by receiving and communicating CIP requests in coordination with the product support team and local field service team
  • Oversee market research, monitor competitive activity and identify customer needs.
  • Develop business plans and product positioning in the marketplace.
  • Work with engineering, manufacturing and sales to define product roadmaps and to develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).
  • Develop specific marketing plans and activities for specific product(s) or product line(s) to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science/technology discipline
  • Five years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing and/or semiconductor equipment.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

  • Deep knowledge of equipment technology
  • Deep knowledge of semiconductor device structures
  • Knowledge necessary for analysis (marketing methods, statistical methods)
  • Strong problem finding/solving skills
  • Strong coordination skills
  • Strong non-native language proficiency, as appropriate (can seamlessly read technical documents and hold complex discussions, presentations, speeches)
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-group collaboration skills
  • Strong customer support experience in different cultural environments.
  • Advanced business software application skills (uses each application for advanced data aggregation, analysis, and report creations)
