Job Description:

Key responsibilities:
Has shared responsibility for crafting strategic deliverables that leverage innovative insights into the overall brand/customer experience (Consumers/Culture, Company/Brand, Competitors, Category, Channels, and Capabilities)
Acts as a catalyst to creative, UX and technology teams in seeking out new ways to add value to the brand experience and in identifying future opportunities
Demonstrates mastery in using our suite of syndicated and secondary research tools as well as partnering with research teams to conduct studies; can translate complex data into clear and actionable insights
Demonstrates and fosters a collaborative work environment within the agency and partners in which ideas flourish
Pro-actively seeks out opportunities to make the work better
