• Define inventory Policy, and supply method (MTO/MTS) for imported products and supply plans according to Demand Forecast and business strategy, aligned with sales team.
• Implement strategies and routines to improve inventory health and reduce slow movers, aligned with sales team.
• Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities to reduce any imports delays or supply deviation.
• Propose and implement solutions to improve Perfect Order for imported products.
• Attend monthly/weekly meetings with Global teams to present SA needs to accomplish on time supply of imported products.
• Communicate Import Supply Plan and inventory estimations to stakeholders.
• Coordinate process of Imports approval (Volume) aligned with international trade (affiliates) or Procurement (third parties) according to demand established by sales team and Inventory strategies.
• Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, supply, budgets, and business strategies.
• Address imports supply-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Coordinate with logistics teams Imported products plan, to effectively anticipate warehouse requirements and containers unloading process.
• Implement Blue yonder as main tool of planning.

• Work close to commercial area to anticipate the customer’s needs.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce inventories, including slow movement and non-available stock.
• Reduce manual and operational work through digitalization

• Present in the S&OP executive meeting to senior leadership, import supply planning strategy update.
• Collaborate with Sales, S&OP, Operations, Customer Service teams, Logistic and International trade to improve Customer experience.
• Work closely with the regional and global teams to improve Affiliate Supply Network.

What you will bring:

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a similar role (Supply Planning, Demand Planning, International Trade)
• Education: Degree in Engineering, International Trade, or Business Administration
• Preferred: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business
• Knowledge: Supply Chain Management (planning, sourcing, international logistics, S&OP, and collaborative processes)
• Inventory Management expertise: Inventory Health, Slow Movers, Safety Stock
• Preferred systems knowledge: Planning tools such as Blue Yonder (JDA), SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
• English as second language
• Desirable Skills and knowledge in Power BI and Microsoft Office
