Asia Pacific Distribution (APD) is seeking a talented professional to join our team as Marketing & Sales Operations Consultant to drive transformation, process excellence, and capability building across the Asia Pacific region. This role plays a critical part in executing Marketing & Sales (M&S) priorities, elevating dealer capabilities, strengthening digital enablement, and improving customer experience to support segment growth plans.
You will serve as a regional subject matter expert (SME), partnering closely with Distribution Directors (DDs), Marketing & Sales Operations Representatives (MSORs), Cat Digital, Industry teams, and dealer leadership. This is a high visibility role ideal for someone who brings strong expertise, curiosity, and most importantly a growth mindset—someone who is eager to learn, adapt, and continuously improve while delivering high-quality results.
