We have a potential opportunity for 2025 with a top tech client that is seeking motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to build strong relationships. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts, driving revenue, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role will be based in Dublin and will be hybrid position.

Responsibilities
 

The Account Manager works in partnership with the Client Partner to build customer relationships and deliver overall account health and revenue growth.

  • Work with your Client Partner to contribute to and execute account strategy
  • Own the day-to-day management for a set of mid market accounts
  • Create media plans and campaign strategies aligned to advertiser objectives
  • Manage pipeline and tasks in a CRM entering new opportunities and updating status on existing accounts
  • Prepare for and support campaign kick-off calls with advertisers
  • Determine campaign size, flighting, targeting, budget allocation
  • Manage creative asset collection support creative review and approval
  • Compile bulk sheets for campaign creation and or editing
  • Generate keyword lists aligned to campaign strategy
  • Execute the delivery of campaign plan under account team oversight
  • Coordinate measurement studies as required
  • Analyze and compile program measurement study results
  • Work with shared service team to manage campaign performance and reporting
  • Compile weekly campaign reporting and end of campaign reports for Client Partner and for the advertiser
  • Troubleshoot and field campaign performance issues, bugs and support tickets
  • Strong coordination with internal resources for execution of core tasks

Qualifications and Experience

  • Ideally 2- 3 years of experience in a target-driven customer facing role is preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience in Digital Advertising Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on digital advertising
  • Experience of online media or search engine marketing sales and service experience required
  • Solid knowledge of the online advertising industry, trends, and customers’ needs
  • In depth, demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing, including understanding of performance metrics such as CPA, CPC, CPM and ROAS
  • Demonstrated experience using analytical approaches to solving business problems
  • Demonstrable ability to train and educate advertisers on solutions including how to create and optimize campaigns
  • Demonstrable ability to understand, validate, and overcome customer objections by crafting a compelling marketing plan to use Pinterest s platform functionality to achieve advertisers’ goals
  • Ability to learn quickly and maintain current, comprehensive knowledge of the client s products and services
  • Tech savvy with an affinity for innovative and emerging technologies in marketing and advertising
  • Passion and curiosity for technology as an enabler for customer and company growth
  • Proven experience in working toward quarterly goals, in a KPI driven environment
  • C1 level English required
