Join our Finance team and support daily accounting operations in a global environment. This role is responsible for supporting accurate and timely financial operations, including accounts payable processing, month-end closing activities, tax support, reconciliations, and financial documentation. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions in a fast-paced organization.

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle accounts payable activities, including vendor invoice review, accounting transaction processing
  • Coordinate closely with the China T&E team to support smooth expense claim processing and ensure compliance with internal T&E policies
  • Perform inventory closing and support physical inventory count activities
  • Prepare and post journal entries and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger account reviews
  • Support VAT and withholding tax filing preparation and related documentation
  • Assist with financial analysis and reporting activities
  • Support annual audit processes and tax-related requests
  • Maintain accounting records and ensure proper documentation retention
  • Respond to internal stakeholder and vendor inquiries in a timely manner
  • Follow internal control policies and support compliance initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes
  • Support ad-hoc finance and accounting projects

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2+ years of accounting or finance experience
  • Basic knowledge of VAT and withholding tax regulations
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English
  • Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
  • Good communication and collaboration skills in a multicultural environment
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in multinational or global business environments
  • Familiarity with month-end closing and financial reporting processes
  • Knowledge of internal controls and compliance practices
  • Process improvement and continuous improvement mindset
