About the role:

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Registered Nurse (Living Support Manager) to join our dynamic team at St Vincent’s Care Services, Kew.

With stunning views, premium amenities, and a level of care second to none, St Vincent's Care Services Kew is setting a new benchmark in aged care living. Set within the stunning surrounds of Studley Park. St Vincent's Care Services Kew redefines the expectations of residential aged care.

In this role you will report directly to the Facility Manager and will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team.  The role will showcase your unique ability to work collaboratively with the Care Managers whilst guiding the Living Support Team (Personal Care, Lifestyle and Hotel Services team) to ensure your resident centred care and daily preferences are maintained.

This role is ideal for a Enrolled Endorsed Nurse, Registered Nurse or Care Manager who is currently working in a senior role in an aged care setting and has an understanding of resident directed care and be prepared to champion this.  


To be successful in this role, you need to be passionate about promoting and leading the provision of resident centred care which is sensitive to individual resident needs and preferences – care that is kind, compassionate and embraces all aspects of individualised care and choice. You need to have strong communication, organisational and leadership skills and have the ability to be an influential role model, inspiring those around you to go the extra distance to provide the best of care, care that is from the heart.

  • Advanced communications skills and strong time management skills
  • Strong collaboration skills

  • Have demonstrated abilities in change management processes
  • An understanding on coaching, training and developing teams and team culture
  • Registration with a professional body & a qualification in Nursing
  • An understanding of the culture and tradition of Catholic Health, including a commitment to the Mission, Vision and Values of the organisation and an ability to promote the behavioural expectations in line with this philosophy

Compliance requirements:

  • Candidates will be required to evidence that they have be fully vaccinated (2 doses) for COVID-19
  • Candidates will be required to evidence that they have received the current (2024) seasonal influenza vaccination.
