Skills Demonstrated skills in facilitation of small or large groups Experience and knowledge of processes and procedures for GxP validated systems is a plus Fluent in written and spoken English Experience with writing Agile Stories and Acceptance criteria Knowledge of SAFe framework is a plus Experience with global multi site deployment projects is a plus Experience with SAP solutions is a plus Leadership consultancy skills Agile Mindset Good listener
