Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Cloud Infrastructure & Applications Support Specialist to manage and support our Azure environment while also providing applicationlevel support for our clients’ software deployments. This role bridges cloud administration with application support, ensuring that both our internal systems and client-facing solutions operate securely, efficiently, and reliably.
You will be responsible for provisioning and configuring Azure resources, supporting Azure DevOps pipelines, managing Azure SQL environments, and ensuring best practices. Additionally, you will provide Tier 1/2 support, some Tier 3 for database troubleshooting with client application setup and maintenance, working closely with development and client services teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Provision, configure, and maintain Azure infrastructure resources, including VMs, storage accounts, networking, and Azure SQL databases.
Administer and optimize Azure DevOps environments, including pipelines, repositories, and permissions.
Plan and execute software deployments, including applications, data, and databases, ensuring minimal downtime.
Monitor system performance, security, and availability across all Azure-hosted environments.
Provide application support for clients, focusing on deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with software development teams to ensure applications are deployed and maintained in alignment with infrastructure best practices.
Maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and security compliance protocols.
Act as the liaison between cloud infrastructure management and client software support.

Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure administration.
Hands-on experience with Azure provisioning, networking, and Azure SQL administration.
Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines, repos, and CI/CD processes.
Proficiency in supporting enterprise applications, including deployment and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and cloud security practices.
Experience with PowerShell or Azure CLI for automation and scripting.
Familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server, Azure SQL).
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud migration projects (IaaS, PaaS).
Familiarity with Azure Data Factory
IT certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect.
Understanding of ITIL processes and change management practices.
