The Position: We are looking for an individual who is willing to learn our administrative services business from the ground up and provide support to our team in various aspects of our company.  This position will involve hands on training, and opportunities to have various responsibilities to support the agency.  The position will also include opportunities to shadow other professionals in the office and gain exposure to the different areas of our business.

Requirements:

  • Solid communication skills (written and verbal), organizational skills, attention to detail, typing, data entry skills, ability to multi-task, analytical skills, confidentiality, and ability to make decisions independently.
  • Continuous improvement in position functions and servicing methods.
  • Working knowledge and willingness to learn medical and insurance terminology.
  • Proficient in use of office equipment (computer/faxing/copier/scanning/printer, etc.…).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and general computer literacy.
  • A desire and drive to come to work each day and find ways to better yourself as a professional.

The Location:  Davevic Benefit Consultants, Inc. is in Grove City, PA.

Responsibilities:  

Accounting/Banking:

  • Manage monetary transactions submitted daily for claim / contributions and revenue.
  • Process Positive Pay/ACH files for consumer driven accounts (FSA, HRA, HSA)
  • Manage/set up current and new FSA, HRA, and HSA clients.
  • Generate Monthly Invoices for Davevic Administrative Services Clients
  • Maintain our Consumer Driven Accounts platform (1Cloud)
  • Provide thorough and accurate customer service to individual and group clients.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA and PHI regulations.
  • Develop an In-depth knowledge of individual and group products and services.

Claim Adjudication/Support

  • Understand the structure of FSA and HRA Accounts
  • Adjudicate claims (verify receipt of each line item, check amount claimed, review debit card claims)
  • Provide thorough and accurate customer service to individual and group clients.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA and PHI regulations.

COBRA Support

  • Understand what COBRA is and what regulations companies must abide by.
  • Manage/set up current and new COBRA clients.
  • Generate Daily COBRA notices/Monthly remittance process.
  • Maintain our COBRApoint Platform
  • Customer Service of COBRA

Employee Navigator

  • Understand how to navigate and utilize the technology of the employee navigator platform.
  • Manage/set up current and new clients.
  • Support our staff and our clients on day-to-day navigation of platform.
  • Set up new integrations with carriers, Davevic COBRA and Davevic Consumer Accounts

Compliance Services

  • Understand the basics of why we do compliance services for our clients.
  • Generate various compliance documents utilizing online software, and post/print these documents to appropriate places for client/employee review.
  • Understand 1094/1095, 5500, & 720 tax forms.
  • Willingness to learn on the go as the compliance regulations that companies must abide by change frequently.

Mineral Platform

  • Understand the technology of the employee navigator platform.
  • Manage/set up current and new clients.
  • Support our staff and our clients on day-to-day navigation/communication with the Mineral Team.
