As a Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Walmart’s Fashion Active business, working cross-functionally to deliver value and growth.
What you’ll do: - Set and execute sourcing strategies to drive profitable growth and enhance customer experience.
- Build and nurture relationships with suppliers, merchants, and business partners.
- Influence key decisions across product development, supply chain, and merchandising.
- Lead the design, development, and launch of innovative private brand products.
- Serve as the category expert, anticipating trends and driving business forward.
What you’ll bring: - Global sourcing, merchandising, or procurement experience in Fashion/Active categories.
- 10+ years in retail, manufacturing, or sourcing, including team leadership.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and digital analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite and project management.
- Strategic orientation, storytelling ability, and a passion for business growth.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
