Coordinator, Corporate Facilities & Events 

 

LOCATION: Westchester 

REPORTS TO: Manager, Westchester Facility

DIRECT REPORTS: 0 

GRADE: D 

WORKPLACE TYPE: On-site  

 

The Coordinator, Corporate Facilities & Events is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day 

operations/maintenance for the Corporate Headquarters in Westchester, IL 

 

Core Responsibilities: 

  • Support planning for corporate events including conferences, meetings, and social gatherings. Assist, as needed, with logistics and travel arrangements. 

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Westchester facility to help ensure a safe, clean and positive work environment. 

  • Ensure Westchester facilities are compliant with health and safety regulations 

  • Manage relationships with service providers and vendors 

  • Manage maintenance repair requests for conference rooms and other spaces within the Westchester office. 

  • Facilitate safety training sessions for new hires and visitors 

  • Partner with other key facilities team members and local leadership to ensure a best-in-class employee experience for Westchester employees 

  • Manage security access badging/reporting and maintain Emergency Headcount data 

  • Ariba Procurement System for the purchase of Facility supplies 

  • Must be on-site daily (not hybrid) 

 

 

 

 

 

Qualified candidates will have: 

Mandatory requirements:  

  • Work experience in building management, building maintenance, customer service, customer support or related fields 

  • English fluency, both written and spoken 

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word software.  

  • Knowledge of CCUR Badge access and Ariba for procurement a plus
