This role serves as the central orchestrator connecting U.S. Retail Banking (RBT) analytics initiatives with DCB global priorities, Group data domains, ODS, and CDAIO organizations. It ensures that analytics programs are planned, tracked, communicated, and delivered consistently — across platforms, audit commitments, data science initiatives, and country-level dependencies.
The role partners closely with senior Data & Analytics leadership to manage roadmaps, OKRs, audit plans, and executive communications, enabling leaders to focus on strategy, platform, and advanced analytics delivery.

Operating Model Context

  • Works across central hubs and country teams, without owning technical delivery.
  • Acts as the single coordination layer across analytics execution, governance commitments, and strategic initiatives.
  • Operates across multiple business lines (Retail, Openbank, CIB, Wealth, Cards, Payments).

Strategy, Roadmap & Execution Management

  • Own and manage the Data & Analytics roadmap, ensuring alignment across U.S. RBT (System of Intelligence), Data Science initiatives and Audit and governance commitments
  • Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery status across all initiatives.
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans and timelines.

OKR & Performance Management

  • Manage OKR definition, tracking, and reporting for Data & Analytics initiatives across DCB priorities, Group data domains and ODS, and CDAIO organizations
  • Ensure consistent measurement and reporting of progress and outcomes.
  • Surface risks, blockers, and trade-offs early to leadership.

Stakeholder & Cross-Org Coordination

  • Act as the primary coordination point across DCB global leadership, Group Data Domains, ODS (Openbank Data Services), and CDAIO organizations
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, communication cadence, and alignment.
  • Coordinate and prioritize data requests and dependencies across DCB countries.

U.S. Data & Analytics Program Management

  • Provide end-to-end program management support for U.S. analytics initiatives across Retail Banking, Openbank, CIB, Wealth, Cards, and Payments
  • Ensure consistent delivery practices, reporting standards, and governance alignment.
  • Support integration of U.S. initiatives into global DCB programs.

Audit & Governance Enablement

  • Coordinate audit plans, timelines, and deliverables for Data & Analytics.
  • Ensure audit commitments are tracked, documented, and delivered on time.
  • Partner with Data Governance, Risk, and Compliance teams to maintain readiness.

Executive Communications & QBR Preparation

  • Prepare materials for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive forums.
  • Produce clear, concise executive updates covering Progress vs. roadmap, OKRs and KPIs, and Risks and mitigation plans
  • Ensure consistent messaging across U.S., DCB, and Group audiences.

Operating Rhythm & Continuous Improvement

  • Establish and manage the operating cadence for Data & Analytics: Weekly execution reviews, Monthly steering and governance forums, and Quarterly strategic reviews
  • Continuously improve planning, tracking, and reporting processes.
  • Drive transparency and accountability across teams.
