About The Role

The successful candidate will design tailored insurance and investment solutions for new and existing clients, making a meaningful difference in the lives of the people and families they serve.
What You’ll Do
Engage with new and existing clients through proactive, personalized outreach to foster lasting relationships and address their evolving financial needs.
Pursue leads with purpose, converting opportunities into sales while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Educate clients on the benefits of life insurance, segregated funds, and related protection solutions, empowering them to make confident, informed decisions.
Provide comprehensive and compelling solutions, personally tailored and encompassing both insurance and investment strategies.
Complete insurance and investment applications accurately and efficiently, with attention to detail, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.
Execute financial transactions and trades on behalf of clients with accuracy, care, and a commitment to their best interests.
Collaborate with internal teams and leverage technology to maximize lead flow and align with sales goals.
Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, financial products, and regulatory developments.
What You’ll Need for Success
Certified Life Insurance Agent (completion of LLQP)
In-depth knowledge of segregated funds, annuities, and life insurance products
Advanced financial planning knowledge and experience
Positive attitude, approachable and engaging
Reliable and responsive to customer service inquiries/needs
Clear written and oral communication skills; can express a concept clearly and concisely
Demonstrates competence using MS Office, CRM, and planning software(s)

Compensation
This position offers a variable compensation structure that includes a base salary plus commission. Total compensation will vary based on the growth and performance of the HUB book of business and client relationships the individual is responsible for managing.
The expected compensation range for this role starts at $55,000–$60,000. Total earnings are performance-driven, and strong producers have the potential to earn above this range through variable compensation tied to sales results.
