Role Summary
The Regional Cash Application Lead – Americas is responsible for overseeing all cash application activities for the Americas region, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete application of customer payments. This role requires strong hands-on experience in HighRadius CAA Cloud and SAP S/4HANA, deep understanding of banking and treasury processes, and the ability to guide and mentor junior analysts.
This position collaborates closely with the Global Cash Application Senior Manager and regional credit & collections leaders to drive cash posting accuracy, improve auto-cash rates, and optimize end-to-end O2C processes.

Key Responsibilities
•    Oversee America’s day-to-day cash application operations, including ACH, wires, lockbox, checks, credit cards, and other payment channels.
•    Manage and support a small team (2–5 analysts), providing daily guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
•    Ensure timely posting of multi-currency payments, including USD, CAD, and LATAM currencies.
•    Drive effective utilization of HighRadius CAA Cloud to improve auto-match and reduce manual intervention.
•    Review and clear unapplied/unidentified cash within SLA.
•    Partner with regional Credit, Collections, Treasury, and Banking teams to resolve exceptions and address customer remittance issues.
•    Monitor regional KPIs such as processing accuracy, auto-cash percentage, unapplied cash, and SLA adherence.
•    Contribute to global process harmonization efforts and support technology and automation enhancements.

Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
•    3–5 years of O2C cash application experience in a multinational or shared services environment.
•    Hands-on expertise with HighRadius CAA Cloud and SAP S/4HANA.
•    Experience with regional and global payment processing and treasury/banking workflows.
•    Strong communication skills in English.
•    Prior experience supervising or coaching junior staff (formally or informally).
