As a participant in the Global Discovery Early Talent Program - Marketing and Sales track, you will assume hands-on responsibilities from day one. You will be part of a 24-month rotational program designed to enhance your skills in inside sales, marketing, leadership, and ABB product knowledge. Your rotations will be within the Electrification business area, encompassing divisions such as Distribution Solutions, Smart Building, Smart Power , Service  and Installation Products. You will also participate in a June orientation alongside other Discovery Program participants. This global initiative is tailored for early talent training, personal and professional growth, and networking opportunities.

• Penetrating into IB, promoting various upgrades, retrofits, and value-add solutions to the benefit of the customers and ABB.
• Understanding the channel strategy and the establishment of related prices, and preparing sales plans, reviewing them, and proposing recovery plan(s) when needed.
• Generating service sales leads and developing new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information and through identifying and exploring potential new service portfolios.
• Acting as a marketer/salesperson of ABB’s service products and solutions during marketing activities (campaigns, trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings).

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Computer Engineering or similar with major (recent graduates from 2024, 2025)
• You are highly skilled in understanding market trends and product life cycles in the electrification business.
• Focused and self-motivated marketer, with creative and analytical skills
• Highly effective individual who has an absolute eye for detail and focus in improving business performance through campaign/workshop execution, reporting and evaluation
• You are passionate about generating new ideas and demonstrating ability to innovate and eagerness to improve processes
• You have the ability to collaborate effectively in a team to solve complex problems
• You are at ease communicating in English
