Commercial Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of social campaigns across our New and Creator Media portfolios. This role is pivotal in driving our branded content operations, enhancing revenue opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with clients and brand partners. The ideal candidate will be confident managing multiple stakeholders, thrive under pressure, and bring experience from a similar role within media, content, or creative industries. 

 

Main Responsibilities 

Sales & pitching support 

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective implementation solutions for creative concepts 

• Support in the creation of pitch collateral 

Campaign preparation 

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust and rapport quickly 

• Agree and manage campaign timelines in coordination with internal stakeholders and the client 

• Organise shoot logistics including location booking, talent scheduling and production coordination 

• Liaise with clients to set up necessary social and technical permissions, confirm legal and brand requirements, and gather necessary assets and links 

• Align on campaign KPIs and measurement frameworks 

Campaign implementation 

• Oversee campaign execution including social tagging and tracking, editorial coordination, client approvals, and third-party partnerships 

• Attend commercial shoots to ensure creative briefs are met 

• Manage contracts and logistics for events and experiences involving external vendors 

Reporting & optimisation 

• Analyse and assess campaign performance throughout to optimise delivery against KPIs 

• Support the sales team to report the campaign results to relevant internal and external stakeholders in an engaging and insightful way, including the creation of PCAs and case study materials  

• Identify opportunities for future engagement and growth based on campaign outcomes

• Able to work to tight deadlines 

• A natural influencer of people who can coordinate with people in multiple teams across our business and externally 

• Detail orientated 

• An analytical thinker to identify where a campaign is performing well and how it could be optimised 

• Obsessed with the world of social media 

• Experienced and confident using Excel and PowerPoint
