Job Overview:
As a Commerce Execution Consultant specializing in TikTok, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation and execution of e-commerce strategies on the TikTok platform. You will leverage your expertise in digital commerce to drive high-impact initiatives, optimize platform features, and ensure seamless integration with business processes.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- E-Commerce Strategy Execution: Implement and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies tailored for TikTok, focusing on maximizing platform features and driving business growth. Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Platform Expertise: Apply extensive knowledge of TikTok’s commerce capabilities to design and implement effective e-commerce solutions. Stay updated on platform updates and industry trends to provide cutting-edge solutions and recommendations.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of digital commerce campaigns on TikTok, including setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns to achieve targeted performance metrics. Ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies and business goals.
- Integration and Configuration: Configure TikTok’s e-commerce tools and integrate them with existing business systems. Ensure smooth and effective implementation, addressing any technical issues that arise during the setup process.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, development, and operations) and external stakeholders to bridge gaps between business requirements and technical solutions. Facilitate effective communication and coordination to achieve project objectives.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and generate insights. Provide regular reports and actionable recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness and drive business results.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to business users on TikTok’s e-commerce functionalities. Develop and deliver workshops and training materials to ensure effective use of the platform and maximize user adoption.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine e-commerce processes and strategies. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues related to e-commerce execution on TikTok. Troubleshoot technical problems, address challenges, and implement solutions to ensure smooth operations.
- Client Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding e-commerce execution on TikTok. Manage client expectations, provide expert advice, and ensure high levels of satisfaction with service delivery.

Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital commerce consulting or execution, with a focus on e-commerce platforms and campaign management. Proven experience with TikTok’s commerce features is highly desirable.
- Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience with TikTok’s e-commerce tools and functionalities. Familiarity with other digital commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Magento, SAP Commerce Cloud) is advantageous.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and generate actionable insights. Experience with data visualization and reporting tools is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring e-commerce tools, integrating platforms, and troubleshooting technical issues. Understanding of e-commerce ecosystem and best practices.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively. Experience managing e-commerce projects from inception to execution.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively. Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
