What You Will Do:

  • Design, develop, and implement advanced AI-driven solutions, including new agents, models, and functionality, to support enterprise business needs
  • Lead hands-on API development and system integrations across cloud-based and enterprise platforms, with a primary focus on Azure core technologies
  • Architect, build, and secure AI applications operating in multi-cloud environments, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance with security standards
  • Provide technical leadership to highly skilled development teams, balancing strategic direction with hands-on contribution as needed
  • Develop and maintain Power Platform automations and Microsoft 365 integrations to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency
  • Apply Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) best practices, ensuring high-quality deliverables, proper documentation, and effective governance controls
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Leverage Model Context Protocol (MCP) frameworks and emerging AI standards to enhance interoperability and extensibility of AI systems
  • Analyze complex technical challenges, identify root causes, and implement effective, forward-thinking solutions
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by staying current with evolving AI technologies, platforms, and best practices
  • Support authentication and authorization integrations, including OAuth 2.0, where applicable
  • Foster strong working relationships across diverse teams and organizational levels in a remote-first environment

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience; OR 14 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • Minimum 5 years of AI related experience including implementation of new agents/models/functionality
  • Expert level with API development and integration techniques
  • Expert level managing highly technical teams with hands on involvement
  • Expert level developing Power Platforms automation and M365 Integrations
  • Expert in Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls
  • Experience with securing applications that live in multi-cloud environments (but rely on Azure core technologies)
  • Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) framework
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment while remote
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels
  • Desire to learn, grow, and seek increased responsibility
  • Ability to self-direct, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and demands


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience with OATH 2.0
  • Experience with Agentic AI platforms (any)
  • Degree in Computer Science, or related field
  • Preference will be given to candidates who are located within 50 miles of a Guidehouse office

The annual salary range for this position is $135,000.00-$225,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
