About Synapticure
As a patient and caregiver-founded company, Synapticure provides instant access to expert neurologists, cutting-edge treatments and trials, and wraparound care coordination and behavioral health support in all 50 states through a virtual care platform. Partnering with providers and health plans, including CMS' new GUIDE dementia care model, Synapticure is dedicated to transforming the lives of millions of individuals and their families living with neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and ALS.

Our data team powers the insights behind patient care, operational efficiency, and innovation in clinical outcomes—turning data into actionable intelligence that improves the lives of patients and families nationwide.

The Role
Synapticure is seeking an experienced and visionary Data Analyst to join our growing Data team. Reporting to the Head of Data, you will serve as a key analytical thought leader—defining how Synapticure measures success, tells stories through data, and drives organizational decision-making at the highest levels.

This is not a dashboarding or reporting role. You will own the analytical vision for major functional areas, architect scalable data models, and lead cross-functional initiatives that influence clinical, operational, and financial strategy. You’ll transform complex, ambiguous business problems into clear, rigorous analytical frameworks that drive real-world impact for patients, caregivers, and providers.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned data professional who brings deep technical expertise, exceptional business acumen, and a passion for improving healthcare through data. You will act as both a strategist and a hands-on technical leader—mentoring other analysts, setting standards for data excellence, and ensuring our infrastructure and insights scale with our mission.
Travel Expectations
This is a fully remote position. Occasional travel to Synapticure’s headquarters in Chicago, IL or other team gatherings may be required.
