Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using SAP ABAP Development for HANA. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Identify and mitigate project risks, communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Cloud Platform. - Experience in leading and managing development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
