About the Role
This role is dedicated to our Pediatric virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (vIOP), an accelerated, comprehensive care experience that helps young people ages 7 to 25 feel better quickly from the comfort of home. The pediatric vIOP is a critical service for acute patients who need more than traditional, once-a-week therapy. This program is a critical component of our full-spectrum of care services. It not only helps to avoid re-hospitalization, but its availability within Bend ensures these members have direct access to our core coaching, therapy, and psychiatry services once they are stabilized.

Daily: As a vIOP Therapist, you’ll provide time-limited, evidence-based treatment via telehealth. You’ll conduct individual, family, and group skills training sessions, maintaining a caseload of diverse and varied clinical needs. You’ll conduct psych urgent care individual sessions as needed, which consists of risk and safety assessments and developing stabilization plans. An important note: Clients come from a multitude of different backgrounds and experiences, and have varying needs and abilities. We strive to continue to meet their unique needs by delivering culturally responsive care—an approach that accounts for the impact of cultural backgrounds on each person’s care experience.

Regularly: Our therapists enjoy connecting with their peers, who share a passion for providing evidence-based care. You’ll attend one-on-one clinical consultation, multidisciplinary team meetings, and robust training to enhance your clinical skills. You’ll always have access to expert consultation and support for your most complex clients. It’s like a safety net of resources to help plan the best options—from specialty consultations to culturally responsive care—you’re not alone, even while working remotely within the US.

This role is a great fit for licensed clinicians with a PSYPACT credential with excellent interpersonal skills, who want continuous learning and development in their professional career, and thrive in a feedback rich environment. We are looking for clinicians who have experience with caseloads that include a comprehensive spectrum of mental health needs, including treatment for anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and trauma from milder presentations to more complex and severe support. While not required, experience working in intensive outpatient programs or other multidisciplinary settings is an asset for this role. Providers who are comfortable with evolving processes and excited by a rapidly growing business, then this role is for you!
