About the Role:

The HR Advisor provides day‑to‑day support to the HR Team and acts as a first local point of contact for routine HR queries across the business. The role supports HR operations, recruitment administration, onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, and the coordination of HR initiatives. This role is key in ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely delivery of HR services.

Responsibilities:

  • Embed the HR Delivery Centre model with UK employees, encouraging the use of the first line response team. Providing them with support on local arrangements.
  • Work closely with HR Shared Services to optimise end‑to‑end HR processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a high‑quality service for employees and managers. Support process improvements and maintain strong communication between local HR and the Shared Services team.
  • Assist in the development, implementation and delivery of HR policies, procedures and processes.
  • Provide first‑line support on ER matters, including assisting with investigations, preparing documentation, arranging meetings, and supporting the HR Manager with disciplinaries, grievances, restructures, consultation processes, and performance management.
  • Play a key role in the successful delivery of the global employee engagement survey. Including increasing employee participation, communications and meaningful action planning. Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance employee engagement.
  • Support HR projects across the business, such as restructures, the annual merit review process, and performance and talent management activities.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partner to coordinate recruitment activity. Including capturing the necessary documentation, approvals and supporting with any pre-employment arrangements.
  • Contribute to the implementation of local HR initiatives.
  • Support the HR Manager where and required with any other reasonable request.

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of general HR policies, procedures, and HR leading practices and applicable laws/regulations in region(s) of responsibility
