The ISG Operations Change Management & Governance (OCMG) Team within Citi’s Information Services Group (ISG) organization includes the following regulatory change management and operational readiness support for the following functions: Client Onboarding, Documentation Operations, Entity Data Management, Accounts Control and Securities and Pricing. 

 

The Reference Data Services Sr Analyst role will be responsible for contributing to development of a globalized, centralized, and standardized framework that is scalable and auditable and ensures all regulatory and process change requests go through a proactive change management review, comprehensive impact assessment, controls design and assessment, undergoes analysis and multi-tiered approval process.  

 

The role will work alongside stakeholders and subject matter experts within the ISG Operations Lines of Business in supporting business and functional portfolios of projects where centralized management is key. The overall objective of the role is to strategically manage high-level projects that require review, implementation and execution along with implementation of deliverables within targeted deadlines. 

 

This role will report to the OCMG Change Management & Governance Manager. 

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Ensures requirements meet business needs as described in the project initiation and assessment documents.  
  • Defines project success criteria through partnership with stakeholders and senior management. 
  • Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities for oversight of projects. 
  • Manages and builds relationships with multiple teams across a broad geographical population. 
  • Works collaboratively with their team to achieve project goals. 
  • Become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) as part of developing and establishing processes and controls, ensuring a full end-to-end solution is implemented and it is sustainable  
  • Analyses and communicates project status, action items, risks and issues to senior management and stakeholders. 
  • Provides leadership expertise that ensures efficient design, development and implementation of regulatory and strategic programs while confirming that essential regulations and policies are followed. 
  • Coordinates with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on-track with project and compliance requirements, deadlines, and schedules. 
  • Understands the technical aspects of the project and communicates effectively with technical team members. 
  • Resolves issues that have impact beyond their own area of proficiency and applies their understanding to identifying and developing new opportunities to simplify existing processes. 
  • Influences team members and stakeholders to achieve project results by maintaining a high morale that promotes positive collaboration. 
  • Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of information in complicated, unique and dynamic situations, drawing on a diverse range of skills. 
  • Obtains customer acceptance of project deliverables. 
  • Manages internal customer satisfaction within the project transition or closure period. 
  • Conducts post-project evaluation to identify successes and challenges encountered during the project lifecycle.

  • Experience in relationship building and providing a support service internally to business stakeholders. 
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills. 
  • Ability to navigate changing priorities and maintain flexibility while working in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to translate feedback into sustainable solutions across multiple fluencies. 
  • Excellent one-on-one and group presentation/facilitation skills. 
  • Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills. 
  • Adaptable and flexible to global working hours.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$77,280.00 - $115,920.00
