Job Description:

POSITION TITLE:                                Fixed Term Employee (Group Administration)

REPORTS TO :                              Manager (Group Administration)

DEPARTMENT/SECTION:               Distribution / Group Administration

  OVERALL PURPOSE:

The position is responsible for processing all Billing related transactions including but not limited to generation of Billing, reconciliation of employee/member movement of the policy.    

  SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Process FALCON transactions as assigned by Group Admin Associate.

New Business

Claims

Collection Follow-up

Underwriting

CAS Disbursement

Client Engagement – Client Loyalty Program (CLP) logistics

Attends and provides prompt response to Group Admin Associate related to the transactions assigned.

Provide status and update on the accounts

Escalates queries and concern related to the transactions. 

Update FALCON tracker for  all processed transaction

Attends and provides prompt response to phone and email inquiries of clients and intermediaries within the timeline indicated below. Immediately escalates cases which are beyond the authority.

Answers simple within first contact resolution; moderate within 2 days and escalates complex cases.

Updates clients and intermediaries on resolutions for escalated cases.

Acknowledges emails within 1 day from receipt and provides reply within 2 days and escalates complex cases.

  SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

-     Graduate of Business Management or any related course  

-     Adept in working with numbers.

-     Computer literate.

-     Good interpersonal skills; flexible; attentive to details.
