MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

District Sales Manager maximizes the team sales volume and market share of designated products within assigned territories

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve sales and margin targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans.
  • Analyze sales data to identify customer needs and align business and product strategy.
  • Hold a regular sales meeting with distributors in terms of market opportunity and risk management working with marketing manager
  • Utilize available sales analysis tools to assist in territory planning.
  • Develop relationships with and service key customer groups, identify and utilize key customer networks.
  • Assist Marketing Team in identifying product line extensions or product enhancements and develop and submit proposals with respect to these product changes
  • Co-working with Marketing Team to understand the market trend and situation in the territory and establish the optimal sales plan
  • Maintain up to date product knowledge and actively participate in education programs.
  • Assist new product launch & current product promotion working with marketing manager
  • Continuous ideas create to overcome a difficult market environment and manage future risk in advance
  • Provide market feedback on product and competitor activity.
  • Attend to/comply with customer service and other administrative requirements within the required timeframe.
  • Attend company sales meetings and customer events as required
  • Ensure accurate understanding and acts in a way that facilitates open exchange of ideas and information
  • Develop and drive the customer engagement plan.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Enhance customer competency through educational, training programs and industry activities.

MINIMUM REQUIRES:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Additional certifications or coursework in electrophysiology, medical device technology, or clinical engineering.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in medical device
  • Proven success in selling, marketing, tender management, and account development
  • Skilled in building and managing long-term customer relationships and engaging key stakeholders.
  • Experience working with distributors and regional teams.
  • Proficiency in Korean, English (written and spoken) is required.
